Thomas Homes created this outstanding, award-winning brownfield development on the site of the former Great Western works in Swindon.

A truly exciting project to be involved with, we were able to bring all of our skills to bare for Old Railway Quarter, including branding, online, offline and on-site property marketing. A long term project that was great fun and very rewarding to work on. Contemporary, award winning urban living in an historic setting.
