Creating a new landmark development of two contemporary apartment buildings on a brownfield site in central Reading

By re-developing this under-used and neglected brownfield site in the centre of Reading, Thomas Homes have created an iconic development of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and brought this busy junction back to life. An upmarket, high end brand design was created for the site, along with the name "Sterling Square" inspired by Silver Street which runs alongside the development.
