Our Mission

To support our clients with brand communications that achieve business goals and deliver competitive advantage.

When we started Olive, our aim was to bring design and marketing expertise to smaller businesses who didn’t have the budgets for big agency clout.

More than 20 years and 3 offices later, we are now a competitive agency built on repeat business, referrals and long-term relationships.

Our work spans a variety of sectors and, while we still have lots of SME clients (some of them have been clients since the beginning), we’re also proud to work for some pretty big organisations too.

Whoever we’re working for, whether it’s charities, budding startups or FTSE 100 PLCs our aim is consistent across the board: Do great work and be great to work with.

We weren’t married when we started the company - but I guess that’s testament to what a great team we are!
